      Welcome to the 1:1 Coaching element of the CTL Ignite Leadership Program.  The purpose of this coaching offering is to help embed the learnings from the F2F training and to further enhance your leadership skills, mindset, impact.  Please think of these sessions as an opportunity to “dig a bit deeper” into some of your individual leadership strengths (to maximize them) and work on areas of development to become your most authentic and successful leader.  You will be offered up to 6 one-hour coaching sessions over a period of 6 months.  During these coaching sessions you are encouraged to bring into the conversations your development goals and and leadership credo, and any other leadership challenge you would like to address and progress.  The coaching sessions offers a safe and confidential environment in which to discuss your leadership strengths and areas of focus.
